Does level matter for master/pred?

Anyone know if level matters for getting banned like below level __ gets you banned at a certian rank. I assume not but im just wondering. I know next season level 50 will be needed for ranked. I know some streamers do rookie to pred on new accounts so I think my anwser is there but I just thought I'd ask.

It seems they have started more closely monitoring the higher rank lobbies and manually reviewing suspicious players. I'm sure its in response this seasons ranked (season 16) being near unplayable for the Pro players and Streamers. Personally I have been fine getting up to Diamond/Masters but when I start playing blatant/getting more reports I get banned, it wasn't like this a few weeks ago.

level always matters
if you got a very high lvl/rank acc
you can rage for some time with 0 smooth

if you play on a fresh acc with the same config, you get a ban after 1 or 2 matches

and even if ur not cheating, smurfing is still a ban reason in apex

To be fair, I don't think that's why you get banned if you look legit or play legit.
But if you kill some pro/live player who have banned authority,Your low level will be a reference
Anyway, if these people think you are cheating, they will ban you without reason and evidence, just submit, and then you will be banned within 30 seconds

not really, the apex stat ban system is actually insane
and it's possible that they use deep-learning to improve it constantly
there is a lot of stuff apex can do, they got way more info about your acc then yourself

like you can see from the past few posts of some devs you can pretty good predict banwaves

+ pro player can always report/ban you
but i dont think this will work without proof

At least so far, I haven't seen anyone banned because of the "stat ban system", maybe because I am more inclined to the legit style, but I still maintain an average of at least 1500 damage per game and a KDA of 13-20. So I think As long as you miss a few shots even slightly, you don't automatically get banned for your stats. If they collect this stats, but enforce bans with a very careful standard, then it shouldn't matter.
So I guess, what you mean by "stat ban system" and "server-side anti-cheat" are the same thing?
At least the server-side anti-cheat does work, but it's still too permissive, if the cheat is undetected and still gets banned before get to master Rank, then something must have been caught by the server-side anti-cheat

They don't actually need evidence, but they need to make sure you're a cheater.
Such as early shooting, too high hit rate, low level account, etc
But they don't need to actually submit these proofs, usually just submit your UID. Then you will get the ban
Refer to EP_Jielun, he is the kind of person who uses power almost at will, he often bans some ordinary players who just play well, and many people are discussing. However, a few days ago, he banned a professional player from the European and American divisions. This professional player found him, and now he no longer has Ban authority.
I think many people know that these authorized people can ban people without evidence, this is not new. But the victims are usually just No name, they don't know professional players, it is difficult to appeal this.

the server side anticheat does nothing else then check your acc stats and some other stuff like movement

idk what cheats you use to not get stat banned cause as soon as you rage you will see you get likely instant banned
if you play with mouse aimbot and fucking 200 smooth ofc you dont get a stat ban

if the stat bans were efficient enough, there wouldn't be so many Rage cheaters on the Asian servers, they hardly miss a shot in every fight, and still easily stay at Diamond/Master, although they will eventually get banned, but Almost all just because of manually banned
when cola was not detected. It runs amok on asian servers, many people stay on the master rank until they are manually banned or detected

I even got 50kda FOR Pro rank, which still didn't get me automatically banned, although this account was banned manually in the end, it is enough to prove that the efficiency of the so-called statistical data processing ban is too low[Only registered and activated users can see links. yes cause apex is weird with bans you can use silent with 15% headshot and 60% hit chance and you are save

but they are working on it like you can see from the past few ban waves

a year ago we played with rapid fire and 70% head without any bans...
