This entirely depends on what you're looking for and how much money you have. If you're cheating on your main account and can't risk ever being banned, don't cheat at all.
I think that honestly, if you don't know what you're getting into and don't have several hundred dollars (bare minimum), this isn't a world you're gonna wanna enter.
DMA cheats are the safest of the public cheats right now, but Riot is currently working on patching them and they should be gone in the next few months. They're also extremely expensive, like you'll probably have to pay upwards of 300 dollars just for the device and firmware.
If you want to find a good, slotted, private, and UD cheat, you're probably not gonna find one directly from EPvpers, you're gonna have to delve deeper into cheating communities, and talk to more people who can invite you into one. This will also still cost a fuckton of money.
If you want a cheat for you and you only, you will have to personally pay a developer >$1000. You could probably ask someone from a different forum that talks more about making cheats instead of buying them. The risk of being scammed is really high though so keep that in mind.
