The whole point of Hardware DMA is to have your cheat software running on your non-game PC, hence requiring 2PC. Good luck on your search!

Yeah if youre running the cheats on your main pc anyways just use a "normal" cheat, you may be able to use a vps or vm but since youre spending ~500 on a card anyways just get a cheap laptop for like 50 €
