Rigid Sro-R Maximum Level of server adjustment

Hi everyone, this is my first here,

i have wanted to adjust the maximum level of my server from the default 100 in Rigid Sro-R files, i have been a Vsro dev before a long time ago and this is my first experience with SRO-R

What i have tried:
Checked _RefLevel in db everything seems normal

Tried to configure GameServer & Sro_client in db but couldnt identify the address

replaced sro_client with a client preconfigured to Lv110 and mastery 330, still
no luck

i feel like the issue isnt from the client or the gameserver because i can modify my level from db to 140 and open skills up to that level in the game but the issue is a normal player cannot exceed lv100

Much easier to change than in vsro. ISROR has a default feature to change cap levels per shard(server).
Change the max level from the SMC.
SMC -> SR_Config -> SHARD_MAX_LEVEL. You can change it from any value from 0-130.
