SlothyTech?

Anyone know if SlothyTech bypass hwid ban really does work or do anything. It seems like a to good to be true kinda things. I have no clue if it works or if it would bypass apex hwid and if it does change hwid's is it permanent. I would think if it worked there would be almost no reason for hwid spoofers. Thought I would ask someone that might know.
