Looks very complex, would start Lev1. Does the auto quest ?
Is there a tutorial for the many settings ?

Does anyone use this tool and write German ?

yeah does everything from 1 to 90. There's even addons to do auto story dungeon for the leveling process. i have hit all classes 90s just hitting a single button and leaving it on while i go to work. It's the best bot for ffxiv but it's not cheap.
