Vsro 2023 VTCGame + Joymax contract licence

Hello everyone,

On April 7th, VTCGame, a game publisher, posted a job announcement for Silkroad Online game management personnel and claimed that they have signed a copyright contract with Joymax. While I cannot confirm the veracity of their statement, I have confidence in them as they are a large company in many fields (game publishing, television, print media, etc.).

Net2e, the previous publisher of Silkroad Online in Vietnam, gave up their copyright in 2019, and since then we have been in a cycle of open-close private servers for a few months. In Vietnam, we prefer to play only Asian servers because they are not imbalanced like the EU servers. However, I do not think that Joymax will set up data only for Asian servers for us.

VTC Game updated their silkroad launcher.
The official name is silkroad Origin.
They said the website is being completed by Wemademax.
Currently there is no information about the server but they promise to alpha test in June.
Currently, the silkroad community in Vietnam is eagerly waiting for this information. Hopefully it will be a worthy replacement server for Vsro whose copyright has ended in 2019

The launcher looks like an older version of SRO, do you think they'll go TRSRO/RUSRO route or go for an old-school version of SRO?

Many speculations have been made, comparisons with the TRSilkroad and RUSilkroad servers are also available.
but 90% of players in Vietnam want only asian servers because we hate the imbalance of eu race.
A friend of mine who works at the company headquarters told me that the reward for those who hit the 30k silk milestone includes D8 tablets so I think it will start at map 80

Well all that origin silkroad name , and other things , sounds like oldschool silkroad , but are they can to open official silkroad like 80cap like 3job and something like that old i dont think so because of joymax contract, maybe 80cap is available but i think the system could be the same like trsro/rusro.

Also if they would be interested to do best and open something more interesting like oldschool sro and somehow they can do it , i think for international/europe players would be not easy to play there , because its should be pure vietnam sro , with some lags , and other restricions , like on jsro/ksro/csro ? right ?

I think there will be no restriction on international players because in the past there were Vietnamese in Germany, Russia, Korea who could still play vsro normally.
Admin has not disclosed information yet, they just said 3job and only asian options will be considered. I hope for that too

Sounds great anyway , i didint believed that somebody can open only china official server withaut euros in these times , and with 3job system , because almost lot of was complaining that joymax contract dont let anybody disabling euro race , or do edits like 3job and do lower cap than 90.

Could be great , lets see how it will goes , Looks like still lot of time for opening if they only talking about alpha for june.

I think its rly best for all that they going to open something oldschool if its true , its can be rly interesting , for example i wont be hyped like european/international player to play trsro/rusro clone sro-r 90cap with no changes at start , just in different language but its like dosent care because youre would search for english mediapk2 anyway specialy when rusro was opened before few months :D . So its should be not a big different and there will be no hype around i think , just fun for vietnam players only so they can get sro for they country.

So Good luck for everyone , hopefully these images , infos , means what we thinking , and its will be not a situation that after the beta they will say , damn we cant open 3job system or 80cap because of some problems with joymax contract or whatever and they just open an 90cap euro/chn withaut changes like everybody now like to do. So hope its wont happens gl , sorry if writed to much to read :D

How much is the latest file to update the map to?
I heard about TrSilkroad when open was also only asian but then they added eu .
There's a lot of speculation at the moment, we don't know which silkroad version we'll be playing

VTC Announces they will open 2 Servers:
1 for Only Asian and 1 for Asian - Eu
There will be IP restrictions (specifications will be announced in the next post)
I am looking forward to how they will fight fake ip and fake mac.

Wow its rly sounds interesting , so just to confirm me minds , its should be one server where can login players from asia only , and to other can login from europe and asia right ?

I think you can login anywhere. because some of my friends in japan and korea can play vsro

What do you mean you can login from anywhere ? maybe yours english not perfect so youre just didint said everything to understand easy.

But like i understand its will be 2 servers.

So first only asian server : Which means you can login to this server only from asian countrys maybe from vietnam only , i dont know , but i think from asian countrys only which includes japan and korea like youre said ( and theres will be ip restricions so if youre try to login to this server from europe youre cant )

Other server will be asian+europe which means more international server : Which means you can login to this server from asian and europe countrys ( So the vietnamese whos living not in vietnam but in europe for example can still play withaut any problems )

Their message : Travelers be prepared , i think its means first of all they thinked to open only asian server , because lot of vietnamese didint liked to play with european players , but than i think they understand that much vietnamese also living in other countrys so they can lose much of players , so they decide to make everyone happy and just opened 2servers , like ill noted before.
