Looking for a great cheat for one tap

I recently bought a pixel-based aimbot and have been using it.It works wonderfully and is perfect for nearby enemies. However, the unfortunate thing is that when the enemy is far away, the aimbot often points at the shoulder or body. This is a big problem in highelo games. Is there a cheat for one tap from a long distance? I want a validated, undetected cheat
