If you're looking for something that is good for both rage and legit, I recommend AA & IW. Both are pretty good and you can keybind configs for legit/rage to toggle.

Don't cheat on your main with any cheat provider, unless you rich and don't care about money haha

IW never had a cheat detection, only feature detections which they have since removed and added measures to combat bans due to use of risky features.
AA has only had one detection in April of 2021, which was the only actual cheat detection, and it was fixed and back online pretty quickly. Other detections were all Spoofer related. Now, their spoofer is optional so you can just use the cheat to avoid extra detection vectors.
Remember, cheating is always a risk, I highly advice you NOT to cheat on your main, especially if it's an account you've spent quite alot of money on and care about. Sooner or later, a banwave, a detection or something will happen eventually, and it would suck to lose your account. Trust me, I've eaten this shit multiple times, now I've learned and am more cautious.
