Haha, what? There are no CHR files in Redux. It's all in MySQL.

This guy calls himself a programmer, opens threads to sell something. But he doesn't know that .chr files work with binaryreader/writer in paradise source. Its really funny :D I wonder if anyone really wants to be this guy's customer? :awesome:
