CS2

Hey all,

With CS2 now officially announced finally, coming summer of this year, have any devs gotten their hands on beta access to see what we are dealing with yet?

I'd be curious to know what is affected and how, on our end. I assume most of the big players will get stuff up and running relatively quickly, but such a big change may come with risk, so be careful out there when the switch happens!

I'll check the alts I don't get on very much to see if any of them got beta access so I can throw it someone's way who doesn't have access yet. Let's help known community devs get ahead of it, so do the same!

There are already cheats out for it mate :D

Especially with the new infinite tickrate thing

Someone on twitter wrote that cheats are already being worked on and that you can even meet cheaters already.

However, I do not know if there are already public cheats.

Seems like CS2 is just an update for CS:GO and not the whole separate game. How I heard that means that cheats should be up very quickly and most of them are going to transfer fearly easily to the source 2 with the fixes obviously.

We will see.
Maybe they’ll create a whole new anti cheat system which makes it harder for devs to keep it ud.
I have my doubts tho ^^

From What I've heard from devs Game itself is completely different and It's impossible to port their cs:go cheats to cs2 so they are all gonna have to recode.

I'm more interested in the HvH side of cs, proofcore doesn't seem like it will be targeting that part of the community...

i mean why not. its the perfect scummy way to release a new AC version.
dont even mention it. i mean they dont have to do they? with the new game upgrade, its the perfect time.

ill be going legit for a couple months until something solid comes.
