Yeah it is possible but not if you search on elitepvpers. EVERY cheat which get published somehow will get detected. Vanguard is very good when it comes to the detection of public cheats.
If you don't know some friend which develops his own private Valorant cheat then forget it. Also if the memory method get released somehow it could get detected. There are people out which leave the scene and share there information which results into detection of these methods.

Yes this is for sure possible. If your method is undetected and you didn't use GitHub or UC to, lets call it "inspire" your development, the release itself should be undetected. The harder part is to keep the cheat undetected.
