Are you looking for something public or private? and what is your budget ?
If you are looking for something legit that has a very good aimbot, I recommend you to check Kernaim.
If you absolutely want a silent aim, I think CX has one (they will surely confirm here), some other cheats also have this feature but they are not extremely safe
