ESP on Rearmed servers?

Hey, is there any cheat that handels the Item ESP on Rearmed Servers better? Im using one right now and its fine, but i only see items appear in a Radius of 10 meters. I know that it's a server problem or that they've done it on purpose, but that's why I'm asking if there are cheats that can get around it.

I have couple of users using my product on rearmed servers. Never had any complaints from it, so feel free to try us out.

Any updates on this? Also interested in a product that can bypass the 10 meter radius.
