Hi dear, i see on some public old client servers its possible to change game resolution. any one can help me, give some tips how to make it ? thanks a lot epvpers!

@OP, there're guides I can't link to here because they're on other forums - but you can find guides for doing this. It requires a bit of disassembly work, though.

There are a few resources spread around this forum that can help you achieve what you want. But in rough terms as someone already pointed out - you have to target and modify the values currently being used for the resolution on the .exe. Ideally you want it in a hook form so you can "dynamically" adjust it instead of hardcoding it into the .exe. With older versions of the clients you're going to run into the issue of some static hardcoded assets being "stuck" at certain locations on the screen. Those too need to be moved through some .exe modifications.


I wish I could be more specific but I haven't looked at it in a while. Hopefully that gives you enough to keep searching on the forums.
