I recommend, if you haven't done it yet, download the installer, and let it run while you register, since it does sometimes take a long while to update the game.
For the registering, make sure you use IE, since most other browsers suck at it. Rather the website does, but yeah, same thing.

Then scroll down till you see a little yellow text and click it here:

You should now be on the main details page, thats the hardest part.
Important: make sure you click the buttons to check your chosen ids have not already been taken. If you don't you will get an error and a new verification which you will have to translate.

Ok there is an asian symbol needed for the registration but the forum doesnt support them so im going to upload it as a .txt simpy copy it out the .txt and add it in the registration till i get a mod to activate that :P
You will need east asian language packs installed to finish this registration.
Once done, you should get this little window thingy saying congratulations in engrish. Now load up the game and play.
Okay thats easy but there could be an error that you get asian languages on the scurity check for this case its a bit herader because you will need to copy&paste them from this page (its the worst search you will ever have in your live):
