DMA Hardware: Anyone heard of or used "Captain DMA"

Hello - Quick question for everyone.

Has anyone here used the "Captain DMA" hardware for use with a 2PC radar with any of the popular providers?

The hardware is about half the price of the more commonly suggested options, and the sales page does seem to suggest it works with Clutch's DMA product, but I would be curious to see if anyone here is using this hardware and what their experience has been like before I go down this route and take the word of a random seller from China.

I've heard of that one. Most of the Chinese stuff works fine, but I've had a few people experience weird "drop outs" or other issues with the cheaper stuff. Nothing game breaking, but they were a bit annoyed by it.

I'm skeptical of cheap chinese crap, so wouldn't buy it myself, but overall it's probably fine if you find a trustworthy seller.

Thanks for your answer! So if I was to order one, I could for instance use it with your own DMA solution? Just trying to gauge a feel for compatibility.

I would be willing to accept a few smaller issues for basically 50% off of the cost of the more popular hardware. As long as this hardware works with at least a couple of providers, then I will probably go down this route.

You can use any DMA card with almost any DMA solution on any game :) You just need to get custom firmware. Hope that helps

before you buy check if the dma come with pre flashed firmware ethier custom firmware or shared firmware it doesn't matter that much if there's any problem with the dma mostly its a software problem u can easily fix it by replacing the firmware

This is a good idea

People usually fail to account for the cost of custom firmware when buying the really cheap stuff that doesn't include it.

The product page states as follows for this hardware:

"The firmware has been burned and supports all DMA common software. You can contact the staff to get the DMA driver and documentation" - Then has links to a few of the providers here that I will leave out.

So that sounds like it has Firmware already? In my mind, most of the DMA providers that do pool Firmware are still way safer than anything driver based? 5 people seen by Battleye with the same "device" in their system has gotta be fairly secure?

Does your package include/sell a firmware? Either custom or pooled?

That is misleading. We do sell DMA hardware, which comes pre-flashed with firmware :D

dont buy from captaintech. they are horribly disorganized with a ton of resellers. no one offers any sort of support. no one will take responsibility for broken hardware. my device was dead on arrival and no one will even speak with me about it. they all have some dumb excuse.

You install a PCI Card on your game PC that is able to read memory from your game PC, and transfer it (Via usb cable) to a cheat running on your 2nd PC.

It's been a pretty safe way to cheat for quite a few years now.
