My advice for you if you are keen to run a server, the numba one rule is to never hire a dev.:rollsafe:

When you have a dev, they will think they are entitled to dictate your server about how things should run. They don�t spend a dime but they want you to change things to their liking even if it isn�t fit for your business model because they truly believe your private server belong to them. They believe this like flat earthers.:lul:

When you make a patch, they will nitpick about anything they can find. So you have to prepare yourself for some rounds of court hearing and they will expect no less of you to be there for the trial or riot. Be warn that the more useful and larger patch you make, the more toxic they grow for you. Their fun is to nitpick and not to play. So, less and useless patch and you�ll be fine. :D

When they talk to you to buy new update, never promise them anything. They will start crying on changes that are impossible to make which can only be obtained by paying a huge sum. You reassure them to chip in and they can get what they want, they will turn around to accuse you for scamming. True story kekw:kekw:

When you do for them on a single change they want using week of your hours will not equate their appreciation. To them they can only see it as you finally decided to change than finally took that much of your time and effort to make it possible. So do less and do minimum, your time will pay off.:feelsgoodman:

When they say a thing is wrong, don�t try to explain to them deez nuts. They are delusional. They believe one edit take a copy paste and few seconds but they have no idea how things relates in the background. They think they have seen the server files and that is all easypeasy but they never edit before and they never has seen the client dat files and the reverse exes. Oh~ whatever. They are smart, they know how things works, they are the guru and you have to tell them yes I noted it you are right, so they will chill tf out lmao:elegiggle:

Better close your eyes if you have a discord community. Your brain of clarity will get polluted. Stay caution for the worst group of players among them. Almost childlike, doing the most immature memes spam when they have nothing to refute and continue to live in denial from acceptance. But they are happy you know and that�s all they matter. They are the ones that act the most righteous telling you all the tips and tricks of this game and throwing in memes for your entertainment. Always be prepare they will call their bank to perform a fraud chargeback when you do not agree with their demands. They will seek for you to unban or ban someone, so don�t let them get you on one to one convo. Almost forgot, they love to screenshot and show you the best part and expect you to reiterate and do justice. The meme lords want justice wuttt:wutface:

When they tell you they will spend and you can make big bucks, you become the sheep. Even when you price it low enough, they will tell you this game is million years old and everything should be no more than 50 bucks. But it is an offer. Take note of those that comment the most as they are usually the ones that get things for free and want things for free. Only free for free. You offer high, they cry. You offer low, they call it p2w. They will tell you donation is killing your server and if you ask if they will donate, you get the great answer of never4ever. :wat:

Be extra careful of who you ban. They are the know-it-all meme lords. When you ban one of them, god bless you. They will do all they can to tarnish you and your server and coax anyone to quit your server to fulfil their lack of authority. Even when you prove them wrong, their naiveness and retardedness level is beyond comprehend. Don�t be soft hearted and forgive their ignorance and let them stay, they will take advantage because they lack a brain to reassess their position.:cry:
