How can i make others join to my PServer?
i wanna play with some friends and i wanna know how can they play with me
if some1 can help me that would be great :P

Tell me what source or what you have?
And is your ports open?
And you have putted all ips right & setup database right?

Well you can't make someone join your server...
why don't you ask your friends from the real game?
Also, I think this is getting a bit much. One thread that said "I need help with testing my server" passed but this is too much. Not more than one. Please use the Volunteer Thread.
