Conflicting Information Regarding Bans

Hi everyone, I hope you all are well.

In short, the first time using cheats on an account I had played on legit, I was banned second game after winning. My gameplay was not suspicious; I didn't look through walls, use aimbot, and had less than 4 kills in both games. I attempted to log in on another Steam account but I was banned on this one as well with a "temporary ban" for 24 hours.

On this forum, I see many threads with varying information. Some say to only reinstall Windows, others say to use a spoofer. I am very confused about what to do at this point and would be so thankful for some guidance if any kind soul would enlighten me.

Please do not use this thread as a place to advertise your spoofer. I already have a well-established provider. I look forward to hearing from anyone who has any information to spare.

Warm Regards,
Chief Stone

Probably got banned because of reports. F2P accounts also get clapped very fast.
If you get 24h banned on new accounts that means you are HWID banned.

A windows reinstall might fix the HWID ban for some, but not for all.
I would try it out before you purchase a spoofer. Also if you continue to cheat use plus accounts. And for your banned account you can contact the PUBG support claiming the account got hacked etc. (yes that works) @[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Hi Xenos, I appreciate your thorough response. I did a fresh Windows install; cleaned the drive and reinstalled with a USB device and that fixed my issue. Hopefully that continues to work.

So, for those who may be experiencing what I and many others have, a fresh Windows install worked out this time. Good luck to anyone regarding this topic and future bans.

Warm Regards,
Chief Stone

I can confirm that it works as I got my main account back that way.

Reinstall a clean version of windows, if that doesnt work, you might need to buy a new motherboard
