anyone experiencing constant lag while playing resurgence? Is it down to EO adding their new fearture?

The lag has been bad and I don't think its EO feature that is causing it and not to say it cant be at times. Game is just not optimized like Warzone 1, in which, Frames aren't as good in this game overall and not as smooth.
