How to Open NPC While you are not Near of it

Hello guys

i want to open NPC by Packets while my character is far away
some kinda of hack in Gameserver or something to skip the validate of the distance between my char and the NPC by The NPC unique id or NPC codename
something like Live NPC
Please if you have any idea help me <3

only possible if you fake your current position from your character in gameserver

do you know how to do this?
