Psilent in Overwatch is not recommended. While it might look normal on your screen, on your enemy's screen (killcam/top-play) you will be flicking blatantly to their hitbox, which will cause a fast manual ban

It's obvious that OW2 silent are rage silent, it can be seen in replay, that's why using rage silent gets you banned fast, it's not that the feature is detected, it's simply because you get reported by tons of players and then blizzard employees review your replay and then manually ban you
