Cant battlestate find out that you have already been banned through the same creditcard name or paypal email? Just wanna be sure not get banned by something that stupid

No they do not ban by creditcard name nor paypal they simple just do hwid bans and game trace bans that im aware of!

my paypal is banned, bought a new account with paypal after ban=instant ban with same loader, did the same with credit card and its still working since 1 month and 1 day

Hardware bans use the MAC address which is hard encoded into your network card. They may make money off people rebuying copies but they lose far more in potential revenue from people leaving or giving the game poor reviews because of the hacking issue. They cannot use data such as name and surname, e.g. via paypal to ban the key

to be on the safe side u can just buy keys from other stores, the price is going to be the same or almost anyway
