Windows 7, the game is not starting

Hey all,
i have trouble each day in and out with:
XKernel errors.
first i had reinstalled the client, but its back.
and now a reinstal is not even working anymore...
im a little desparate hehe

hmm i use windows 7 too but for me is working.Only thing i can't use is dupe ^^

tell us - whats problems? whats in description?
