Yes, I am promoting him. He doesn't know I am promoting him. I paid him to develop a project for me and it's amazing. So, I am trying my best not to get people scammed from developers. You wanted something developed, he can develop it for you. I don't get a cut or anything, feel free to ask him. I just respect the fact that he isn't a scammer or an asshole. Also, trust me, it's worth waiting for him to be available. So, if you have a project you want, ask him for a availability date and pay him a down payment to schedule it.
