Has anyone heard of intelligent aiming private rust cheat ?

Yes, they are legitimate and used to be quite good, but their owner disappeared for almost a year without providing any updates or responses. He returned recently and created a different cheat than before; I'm not sure what happened to the previous customers or whether he offered them a discount, but yea, I wouldn't recommend them because the owner occasionally disappears.

Do you know who the owner is as I have had a couple of people try and sell it me ad a private cheat

You won't find him via epvp, and take care many ppl may try to impersonate just to sell you air.
Never pay first without a test key before.

You can ask him for the server, but as previously noted, he is known to vanish unexpectedly.
