This is a public forum, you won't find anything truly private here. Anyone adding you or offering his cheat is either a reseller or in some cases the dev but is not offering private things. Keep in mind there is no way for you to know that the dev is giving you a unique build or that he only does offer a certain amount of slots.

I am currently using/testing triggerbot from PixelX and so far it's great. There is another one on the forum from user Elite Tools that looks like an advanced version with various configs for weapons that i am gonna try after my subscription runs out.

Keep in mind that using anything in Valorant will result in a potential ban so i would suggest you to use it on alt if you do care about your account.
