Is possible GM delete your cha?

well 2 day's ago my warrior got PS5, today i logged to try get 2nd role, but at my suprise when i logged to my account is just show my BoT LM5 and my noob GC1, my warrior with all stuff gone[gold, BE, weapons] =.=

so is posible GM deleted him? i think GM can only ban account and can't delete cha =P

correct if im wrong, and if is any solution to get my items back XD because all other's cha's are on 0 gold>.<

=P i didn't read all guide because i already knewt it what to do.

and also i saw Immortal and DB cha's so i though was posible have 1 too.
