Mem adressess how to get them in C#

Hey, I am making a tool to "change" your level client-sided.
I found the adresses in Cheat Engine 5.6 but how to get them in VB or C#? Please give me a tutorial or tell me. I will press thanks to everyone who helped me a step further!

First, 'Open' the process, use the handle returned from opening the process to read/write values at the address that you want to write them at. :)
