Directx error

I keep getting this Directx Error when i start gunz u donno why rly, it woorks fine when i play wow. Anyone got the same problem ?

maybe reinstall directx ?

Well ive done that =( same thing happens again but i got it woorking now but now i gotta repair before i start it everytime. :P rly wierd xD
