I do not know where did you get that but that's not correct.
Everything that I described in the topic is included, which means, source files are included.

About the price, 25k€ is the best offer I received so far and I rejected it.
Whoever buys this project will make much more than that in only 1 month, actually, I'll post a print screen of Nexus2 International's first month's revenue.

The biggest offer was 25k, but I didn't accept it after a few months I did not have more significant offers, and I lost the client that offered 25k, so now the unique price is 15k, no more, no less.
