Create Pserver Nostale

Would someone be so kind as to indicate me where there are tutorials or some forum section where they indicate how to create a nostale server?
Some time ago I created a server to practice but it was through hamachi, it was years ago and now I want to resume this.

I want to take the project more seriously since in a year I will study programming and I will be able to have more knowledge for it.
