Help with ban

So, I got permanent banned on my main account for cold war. Is there a solution to this ?

Just to be sure, even if I got the perma spoof. I still won't be able to play on my account. Is that correct?

Yeah, If an account is perma banned it's pretty much gone.

Ok, can I make a new account though?
I am playing on Battlenet. Can I make a new battlenet account, buy the game and play on a new account?
or is the ban on the hardware (hwid or something that I don't understand)

For any COD game that has implemented Ricochet there is a risk of HWID ban or Hardware ID ban. This means if you are HWID banned you will not be able to log into a new account and play again without being banned almost instantly. To get around a HWID ban you will need either a spoofer (temporary or permanent) or to replace the parts of your PC that are banned.
