problem on parse and update

hello, guys!
when i edit .Nos File(NSgtdData、NSipData、NSlangData..ect)，i want to update it on server.

I know how to parse it , but i dont't know the client how to update in launcher.
i want to learn it , let me friend get the update in launcher.

What do you actually mean?

If you mean, that you modified Clientside and want to update Serverside you can re-parse (using your modified and extracted files) or manually change values in the Database (which i wouldn't prefer).
NSip are just pictures, you need to let the Enduser update it via File (Patcher/Auto Update)
