Yeah, the initial cost is a huge barrier to entry for sure. But you see a return on investment pretty quick.
I've had a lot of people tell me they saved a lot of $ from not having to buy new accounts, and they don't lose their progress mid-wipe. If you find a good 1PC provider this isn't necessarily an issue (hence your recommendation), but can be hit/miss for some people.
It can be confusing for some people for sure, which is why we provide full setup assistance (teamviewer,etc.) for new customers, should they need it.
