How do i log into my own private server?!? (PLEASE READ ALL)

Hey everyone..

following this tutorial on runescape private server makeing [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

iv gotten up to chapter 7 and i couldnt understand how to do it from there so i moved on to the chapter 7 in this tutorial [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

I'v done what it says to do so far.. like just runserver.bat
and when i do it what mine reads is
Voule Auto Restart
Could not find process: java
Restarting Server
Online

And when i compile it says "files comiled successfully"

BUT THIS IS WHERE IM CONFUSED??

i open up silabsoft.org and i type in a username and password into the login... and i type in my server name..
ghostscape.hopto.org

BUT WHEN I CLICK LOGIN IT SAYS "Error Connecting To Server"

WHY DOES IT SAY THIS.. WHY CANT I LOG IN? MY SERVER IS CHECKED WITH A SMILEY FACE IN MY NO-IP..

PLEASE HELP.. ADD ME IF YOU CAN

go no-ip then right click and refresh Host list. Then I think must this work.
