is client sided & you will need some packet for it i think? (Not sure)
And i have no freakin idea where to find it XD

Hm...
Client Side would be in the effects folder- probably Other Effects or something like that... it's definitely a GUI update, so that might be hard to fix for a 5165 server.
The packet itself... blah. no idea. lol

That 'effects' were added later than patch 5165 and it's client side no packet to send...when you send the item info packet you also include the item's plus...the client just adds the dds in game the plus.
