Having Problems receiving password reset email on rambler.ru

I purchased an account and when I try to reset the password it says that the email was sent. When I check the rambler.ru inbox there is no email forwarded from the gmail. Has anyone ever had this problem?

Make sure there are no filters set on the email blocking it from coming in.
