Hwid ban help

So I got banned using a private valorant service a few months ago, and decided I wanted to upgrade my PC. I ended up getting a new motherboard, RAM, and CPU.
I haven't played valorant for like a month and I was under the impression getting a new mobo is the same as spoofing. Anyways, I was playing for about 15 minutes with no cheats or anything and got a Val 5. Any idea why that may have happened and if spoofers work anymore for valorant?

spoofers still work. i use wooferpro for a few months and had no issues that couldn't be easily solved so far

For 10% users it will work. They havent fixed the new riot's patchnotes, because they already earned well.

Format your PC and use a good spoofer bro.
