this is a very simple bug that seems to work with most types of items. equip a low level weapon and met it up in market. however as soon as u unequip it you will be unable to re equip it till u have the proficency level

i think the fact is that so u can hold a higher lvl weapon.... and this is for sure good^^
but i havenīt tried it... wasted all my mets in trying to socket my stuff....

No it wont level past your current level. Only if your stats are too low.

Upgrade your items to your level and then relot points :) you'll have your items equipped still. If your a RB lvl 120+ and you want to pwn for awhile, do this bug. You'll have at least 8k hp

probably u didn`t was close enogh to a npc or u didn`t had enugh money .You don`t have to unequip your items
