Best/safest Radar?

I'm just after a radar, nothing else. Not intetested in DMA card, but have second PC and don't mind VPN setup... what's the best out there/most unlikely to get me banned? I saw radarshub online but don't see any mention of them here.

I'd look into wingelware. I prefer it over slate/clutch for its clean visuals and easy setup (no DMA/VPN/VPS/2PC :handsdown:)

I believe SlateHub also has non-DMA Radar.
