Que taking +15 mins

Update: I found a solution. It wasn't skill-based match making. It was something wrong with the connection. I used a gaming vpn, i was able to get into a match with under 70 ms within a min.

Hi, I'm having an issue with finding a lobby, it takes more than 15 mins to find a match. I'm not sure if it is because of SBMM, soft-ban, or due to the aged account. Can you guys kindly figure out the reason with the facts provided below? Thanks.

- I'm not banned (checked it on Activision appeal);
- The account has been under review 2 times;
- Temp account from Australia (i'm in NA);
- Changed the Temp address to my location;
- Getting into matches with Chinese people from China with +100 ping;
- Party finder taking +15 mins too;
- Partied up with other people and it didn't change;
- When searching for a match ping goes to 35,51,68, 84, 90 then it automatically resets back to 35 ms;
- The delay shortens at night time but still takes +5 mins;

This issue seems to have begun on the 1.7.0/1.7.3/1.7.4 updates, I got a few reports of people not being able to join games, When I asked them to look at ban appeal they weren't banned, I found that the users were using a VPN, After it was switched off they were able to play again.

**NOTE:**
Some of them were able to play using "Residential" VPNs.

Always check your not Il under review first/shadowbanned.

Also do you get a lot of high kill games so basically you have a high k/d? Could be sbmm finding it hard to get you matches. I know this happens in halo.
