SHIRO 2

Hello everyone, I'm GRANBELL, a ex GM who was fired, without being paid, and on top of that being mistreated, here I come to tell you my part of the story.

I need to tell the truth of what I lived inside the staff inside the server Shiro :)

-To date, as all the work, when I complained for the 5th time, they added me 2.000 coins = 20euros (let's compare the prices of item shop, I can't buy anything)

-From the beginning I was active, trying to help the staff, eazy, asking him for friend request and ignoring me, only being able to communicate with him through Zigg (if I ever communicate this to him).
-I informed Zigg, many times that I needed help, that I was sick of having to use translator when there were supposed to be gms available to cover all languages.

-Even with the death of my grandmother I continued to work at least in discord. Also Zigg, and Eazy says to me "take ur time", and now they saying "he don't work for a week"

-The other thing i want to talk is about the last.

-In my personal opinion this team don't have profesionalism at the time of work, never answer questions, don't upload the translate files to all lenguague that "support".

-Item shop its very expensive, and the "limited costumes" cost how much 70€?, people who lives in Portugal/Turkia/Latinoamerica can't buy at that prices, i say to the team, please be aware of the item shop prices and make it accessible to everyone. only as staff (at least gm down) we had no idea of the prices, only up to the moment of starting the server.

-Also i can say about, the only thing that my superiors answer me, its just about Donation Tickets.

-After all the hard work I did here, leaving my account aside and being one of the few GM's, who were online almost all the time, my work is worth 20€


I am trying to collect more information about the truth, because I am almost sure that EAZY is Grizzly, the former owner of the server, the same one who let the server die when he had already made enough money.

To this I can add the fact that, there is no DEV, EAZY works alone, and mysteriously Cheddo the translations manager, disappeared from the discord... I asked everywhere and nobody answered me.
-No patch notes were added.
-No anticheat was implemented.
-As GM, we couldn't access the trade logs.
-We could not ban directly (I reported more than 50 cases, and only a few were banned, oh and most of them that I reported and were not banned, guess what, they were Germans who are probably EAZY's friends.
-The observer mode to search for cheaters, was added 2 days ago.
-Eazy does not send messages to team members privately, only talks to a few, does not give information regarding events, eazy has no communication with the team, only answers 1 message out of 100000.
-EAZY only talks to tickets with german players, and especially donation tickets.

-The funniest part is when EAZY tells me before blocking me: If you want money get a job.


I will upload the screenshots, and the video of when I was supposedly attacking them on the website and in the game.

This post is not out of anger, but out of impotence to see how a person who promises so much of a server is like this with his staff, and when talking about money just says "I'm tired, talk to you another day".

I hope people don't keep donating to this kind of person.

It's an exit scam, was known from the start, he himself is selling the yang and then banning the playerbase after they donated coins, 70% of player counts are bots, people are selling EQ and quitting that server is dead.

i saw that screens eazy added on discord.
tbh if there would be a GM asking for 300€ i would perma ban this instantly xD

I started playing it literally hours ago with a friend of mine, i was having fun and I was telling him finally a good server that everything is so basic, not soo much complicated stuff in it.

there are few stupid stuff that I believe it shouldn't be that way??


Item-shop prices:

Yes, I agree with you & I saw the prices of the item-shop it was unbelievably stupid. 70euros for just one item?
I understand that they want to make people who pay in Shiro2 must be little bit unique / different, so basically not "everyone" can get items from the item-shop. However, the server doesn't have a pay 2 win system, it has pay 2 progress if i can call it that way.

lets go back to the prices.
one item in "Limited Section" for example a piece of body "costume" costs around 7,000-ish coins [DC]

that item gives ↴
Strong against monsters +20
Strong against metins +20
Strong against bosses +20

Price: between 7,000 DC - 7,500 DC

Now if you check the prices of the DC in their website, it is like this ↴


5 EUROS ➜ 500 coins
10 EUROS ➜ 1,000 coins
15 EUROS ➜ 1,600 coins
20 EUROS ➜ 2,200 coins
25 EUROS ➜ 2,750 coins
50 EUROS ➜ 5,750 coins
100 EUROS ➜ 12,000 coins

so basically you're paying over 50 EUROS and less than 100 EUROS for just one item.
However, if you check other costumes they cost LESS coins (*even though I or WE still see it pretty expensive*)
it has the following bonuses ↴

Strong against monsters +15
Strong against metins +15
Strong against bosses +15

so basically you pay MORE for not just a bad looking piece of armor? but for just a +5%

from my perspective, I think they either increase the bonuses much higher to cover and match the overpriced item. or change the prices basically


Secondly,

Player's online count:

before I start playing in Shiro2, it was showing in their website and STILL, that it has around 1500-2000 players online *ACTIVE NOW*, but in game I just see few people like maybe at maximum 50-80? where are the rest? the chat should be flooded with !Shouts at least no???

I am not here trying to spread hates or anything I am just curious of what is going on exactly, in the end I am just a player who will keep changing servers from time to time, and they are just Administration they can do whatever they want. I just need answers I guess??



Lastly,

Game Masters - Moderators & Helpers:

I haven't seen any GM or any Helper in the game so far, whenever I check the friends list to see if a GM is online to ask him for few questions or get some guides, report stuff maybe its just nothing is there. I don't even believe that they have "Helpers" which sucks. I really hope that GMs aren't actually sleeping and never cared about the game I just hope that they are either busy or sleeping. I would give any excuse other than accept the fact that GMs never cared about moderating their own server ⬅ *It's just an example so chill out*


lastly, I didn't dig very deep in the game I might be wrong? or might be right and admins might fix some issues to adjust the quality of the server in future?
I loved the server and I still love playing it just because it reminds me of good ol' Metin2 days back in 2009-2012 when people with Triton sword and Hwang was the end-game items which is so simple and not really complicated like any other games. But philosophers were right, nothing is 100% perfect. you will see something you were dreaming about or kept looking for but eventually it won't be 100% perfect, either bad community or bad administration. I haven't experienced any bad things between me and GMs *even though i have never seen one yet* and I don't usually talk with players in-game I just hop in, login to my discord join VC and play metin2 with my friends. I don't stick my nose where it doesn't belong.


god only knows that I am not here to spread hates or anything negative at all. I just want answers and as a player who's seeking for the actual fun I think I have the right to ask or at least give suggestions / opinion.

i think player counter is correct. shows 800 players right now and if you go map1/map2 and go through every channel you will see a lot. obviously they are on a thursday at 5am not spaming chat
And about itemshop, pretty expensive yes but who cares i voted 7 days im full itemshop now and i can do every dungeon with it

yes, vote-shop is much easier than item-shop if you vote 7 days you can get 90% or 100% of the important stuff. but how?? after 7 days of voting?

some people don't care about leveling, they're already max but they want that "specific" item from the item-shop to look unique and cool. and I guess we both agree that no one would pay 70 euros for one item only and just for "appearance" ;) unless if you're millionaire then just ignore me :D

I think its like always they start the server get overpriced itemshop prices

That's exactly how it should be tho? You can actually play the game and do all the content without having to invest money. If you want specific looks it's luxury. Sure it's expensive but it's the players fault if they buy this shit lol

imo, paying +70 euros for one item that's just for good looking is a mistake

I'd pay that amount of money in one condition, if that item only belongs to me like literally only me have that piece of item then yeah thats "unique"



EDIT: I am not complaining why is everything so expensive and thats it, I do have money I can buy whatever I want I am just giving a fair opinion for everyone.
