sjsro resulotion problem

when i eexcute the client and i get in game i see this and i can't log in cuz i dont reach to START button.
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

May help this:

Delet all SRO Files from PC and install every SRO on an other disk ( C:\Pro...\mysro || D:\Pro...\ECSRO || ans so on.

this irror dont have solution :S
i have too and never found solution

Delete files in settings folder.
