a tip to those who use any type of proxy..

are you bored of having to change your server.dat all the time???

now ill teach yall how to sort that out...

let's say I play in dragon server, and i dont use the other servers..


so what shall i do?

open server.dat with notepad
then search for dragon.

it shall be like this.

then ... you get a nearest server that you DONT use. in that case the nearest of dragon could be kylin... then you change like this:

so when ever you want to use the proxy just connect to the "ServernameProxy"

This is useful even if you don't use a proxy.. just put all your favorite servers in the same group. :)

But its still annoying since they add new servers so often and it overwrites server.dat....

in my case..

i just deleted all the servers i dont use..

my group is like:

my server

my server with proxy...


every new patch that overwrite it i delete and put mine back :P

eeeehhhm why not just add a extra group and put servers like Qonqeur ucco / proxy in there

never know whats the point to log on using a proxy. if any can explain me, ty
