Reusing banned WZ account

If my account got permad for WZ 2019, can I use it for WZ2? I have already changed my PC, just wanted to reuse the account

Dont do it they banned me same situation.

Like 99% of people who were banned on mw19. The ban transferred over to mw2 so don’t do it or your most likely get your now pc hwid banned again
