I'm unsure. Assuming your using mssql2000 and sp4, there are 2 A2 databases that I have found. One for SQL 2000 and the other was 2008 and higher. Make sure your using the 2000DB. Aside from that make sure you run the query's found on nearly every private server tutorial.

I'm unsure. Your Imgur is more like ImgBlur! But it looks like your adding a account to the db. And it is telling you that the value provided is incorrect, make sure you have changed the user no, and your passwords md5 encrypted. If I could read the error you get perhaps I could be more specific.
