good idea?

well... i was wondering around in my ini files and i seen the weapon skill exp folder so of course i opened it. and it had lvl's 1-20 so i thought this was easy. I changed the lvl i was at with my club (lvl 13) to 1 (skill level 1 is 0 in the ini files). and i saved it and logged back on, and to my displeasure i had about 5mil in pct to gain. but with every hit i gained 50k pct so this still means a lot to go. any ideas if this will go faster or slower? Was this even a good idea to try?

How do i get into the dat. files every time i try it says we have to know the creator of the files and i have to browse through everything and it never works plz help me.

well... you probably gain 50pct since you have such a strong weapon. wat happens when you bring it up to 20???

You can't edit your actual weapon prof with those files, or change how fast they'll level with em. Those files are just so your client knows what percent to display in the status window. They just hold how much total exp each level requires to go up.
You can, however, use it to see how long various levels are gonna take compared to your current level though.

yea just like what he said, its all about your client showing YOU what u need to gain, the real percentage of exp is server side
