you can restore it on Higher versions but you cant restore it on lower ..

I'm using SQL 2022 and edited a lot of things in the DB can I restore the DB I'm using on SQL 2008 or I have to download the DB in the post?

If u think about it a little bit , u will find that you can use this backed DB to any higher SQL Servers and not stuck at 2022 ..
